In my house as a kid whenever anyone was looking for a pair shoes the first place everyone looked was under the kitchen table. For some reason we all kicked off our shoes while eating a meal. Since I've been out on my own I have noticed that I don't leave my shoes under the table anymore. Instead I leave them beside the couch. It looks like I've started a new trend, even Hudson left his shoes here.
