I have officially started The 30 Day Shred. Today was day 3 for me. I've even worked the last 2 days and still managed to come home after a 12.5hr day and shred. This is an accomplishment for me. One of the little pointers Jillian gives during an ab exercise is "The neck is not invited to this party". This phrase has always struck me as a little funny for some reason. Anyway I wasn't about to post a picture of me working out so you can just imagine I look just like Jillian, because I do (in my sweet little dreams).
