I picked up some ginormous strawberries at Costco today and some shortcake. I was so excited for desert, I made salad for dinner to make sure we would have room for this delicious dessert. Matt started cutting up the strawberries and realized we had NO whip cream. Dun Dun Dun........ This was a problem. A MAJOR problem. Just then, I busted out some heavy whipping cream from the fridge and sugar from the pantry. I made my own whip cream..... I don't need no stinkin Redi Whip! I know this is probably something people do every day, but this was a first for me. I was so proud off myself. It just seemed like something a "real mom" would do.
