I am a HUGE fan of chai tea... especially the chai at The Coffee Shop. The only problem with this obsession craving is the "inconvenient" hours of the shop. I work at 6 am on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and the Coffee Shop isn't open at 5 am when I need it to be. After a little research, I found that Trader Joe's had a delicious chai tea latte mix. I went today to get some and...... PERFECTO! It tastes almost exactly like the Chai that I love so much at the Coffee Shop! Not only do I get to enjoy this delicious treat any day of the week... It's also SO much more economical ($2.99 for a whole can- 7 servings VS. $4+ at the coffee shop). Don't get me wrong, I'll still enjoy a chai at The Coffee Shop whenever I'm in the neighborhood during business hours.
