So, I know I said I wouldn't get over excited about the new member of our family until I heard the heartbeat and actually visualized a little heartbeat on an ultrasound machine but......I was at the mall today and I just had to purchase a few items. First of all these little onesies that say "I love mommy" and "I love daddy" at Baby GAP were the cutest, I was a little disappointed they only came in long sleeves, you know because most people don't shop for babies that are 8 months out! That's OK, it didn't stop me I went ahead a purchased them anyway but in size 6-9 months. I figure my unofficial due date (from all of the websites I have been to) is April 3RD, so 6 months after the baby's born it will be October....perfect long sleeved onesie weather right???? Maybe more November and December but whatever. Anyway, I ended up at Target after that and found the best little unisex onesies and the softest brown fuzzy blanket with elephants and giraffes on it. Super excited. Tonight after dinner Matt told me he had an early birthday present for me.... he busted out with the book "What To Expect When You're Expecting" he's seriously the best! I can't wait to see him with our baby he is going to be such an awesome daddy. Can't wait to tell our families tomorrow!

Oh yeah, I ordered this burp cloth off of Etsy a few days ago, it's super soft. A little more blue than I expected, the website made it look a little more turquoise... oh well. It's still cute!
