A Sneak Peak and an Awesome Weekend!

I wasn't supposed to have another doctors appointment until next week but I was having some abdominal discomfort on Thursday and Friday last week and called my doctors office. They asked me to come in just to be checked out to make sure babe was okay. I was so thankful my mom was able to take me to the appointment, Matt was all the way up in the north valley for work and I was in no shape to drive. While in the office the nurse practitioner was able to use the doppler to hear the baby's heart rate which she said was "strong in the 160's". My mom was so excited to get to hear babe's heart beat! I started feeling better shortly after my appointment and was able to go to my mother daughter spa weekend after all. We had a blast at the JW Marriott at Desert Ridge, the weekend was filled with spa treatments, pool time, and lots of good mother, daughter, sister time!
